Endhe Soares

Endhe Soares is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in technology and education. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Loft since September 2022, Endhe oversees two engineering teams focused on the real estate platform and store operations. Previously, Endhe held the position of Engineering Tech Manager at Nubank, contributing to the Essential Platform team within the NuConta business unit. Endhe has also managed multiple tech teams at Conexia Educação, developed digital products at GRUPO SEB, co-founded and led initiatives at Evap Brasil and MeuTutor, and served as a professor at Faculdade de Tecnologia de Alagoas. Endhe's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Universidade Federal de Alagoas.
