Vic Pierni

Mr. Pierni joined Loftware to manage the company’s corporate financial, legal and customer account management functions. He plays a strategic role in Loftware’s overall development and growth, and oversees the Company’s customer service and contract administration organizations that manage customer relations, contract renewals, and software upgrades. He has over 25 years of experience driving successful outcomes within growing software, technology and advisory businesses. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of leading cloud-based data connectivity marketplace, Global Capacity, for whom he helped lead through its sale. He also served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at mobile application development platform provider Verivo Software and has held key management positions with other software and technology providers. He began his career at KPMG where he directed numerous audit and transaction advisory projects for private equity and strategic acquisition clients. Mr. Pierni, a CPA, holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Boston College and a MBA from Babson College.
