Shane Simmons

Shane Simmons is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the DC4 Engineering Leader at Logan Aluminum since June 2016, Shane oversees a cross-functional team dedicated to enhancing the reliability of aluminum shredding, melting, and casting operations. Prior roles include Plant Engineering Manager and Systems Engineer at Hill's Pet Nutrition, Engineering and Maintenance Manager at ArvinMeritor, and Electrical Engineer at Tower Automotive. Shane began the engineering career as a Staff Engineer at Firestone Industrial Products. Educational credentials include an MBA and a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University.
