Mary Taylor

Mary Taylor is an experienced underwriting professional with a diverse background in the mortgage and finance industry. Currently serving as the Underwriting Manager at Logan Finance Corporation since May 2023, Mary has held various roles including Non QM Underwriter at NP, Inc. and Lead TPO Non QM Underwriter at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation®, where responsibilities included training new hires and conducting second-level reviews. With a strong focus on complex loan types such as ITIN and Jumbo loans, Mary has also mentored junior underwriters and managed underwriting processes across multiple channels at companies such as Arc Home LLC and Lakeview Loan Servicing. Mary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University and has completed Paralegal Studies at the American Technical Institute.
