Ryan Shaffer

Ryan Shaffer serves as the Financial Reporting and Tax Manager at Logan Oil Tools since May 2012, collaborating with senior leadership to prepare public financial filings in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the company's listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis at Seitel, Inc. from July 2011 to May 2012, where responsibilities included monthly performance analysis and reporting for upper management and the Board of Directors. Ryan began the career as a Senior Audit Associate at Grant Thornton from January 2008 to June 2011, conducting audits for both public and private entities while gaining extensive knowledge in financial statement components. Educationally, Ryan holds an MBA in Accounting from Idaho State University and a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University.
