Donna Dailey, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, training, and policy administration. Donna has held various HR leadership roles, including Human Resource Director and Employee Relations Director, in multiple healthcare organizations. Additionally, Donna has worked as a Scentsy consultant and in career development and staffing roles earlier in their career.

Donna Dailey, MBA has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University. Donna also holds another Bachelor of Science degree from the same university, majoring in Sociology- Criminology. Donna further pursued their education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Southwestern College. Additionally, Donna has obtained certifications in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), The Essentials of HR Law, and Executive Leadership.
