Ed Spriggs is a seasoned professional in economic analysis and management consulting with extensive experience in cost estimation and decision analysis. As the Managing Partner at Logapps LLC since 2007, Ed has developed various cost models and provided strategic consulting for federal agencies including the Treasury and DHS. Previously, as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, Ed led a team focused on delivering Economic Analysis projects for Department of Defense clients. Ed's career began at Logapps Development, where Ed specialized in parametric cost estimation tools. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA from William & Mary.
