Aline Lenhart Nesi

Aline Lenhart Nesi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Aline is currently the Head of People & Culture at Logcomex, where they started in March 2023. Prior to this, Aline worked at Escola Conquer as a Teacher and Head of Content for Leadership & Grow Your Business, starting in June 2019. Aline also held the position of Leadership Experience Teacher at Escola Conquer from June 2018. Aline served as a Mentor at Sentier from May 2018.

In 2020, Aline joined Leads2b as the People Director and CHRO. Previously, they were the Head of People Management, Culture & Internal Communication at Leads2b from January to June 2020. From June 2018 to January 2020, they worked at Rentcars.com as the Head of Human Resources, Culture & Internal Communication.

Aline also has experience at Grupo Inlog, where they started as the People & Marketing Manager in August 2017 and later became a Mentor for People & Marketing from November 2018 to April 2019. Prior to that, they worked at EBANX as the People Development, Culture & Engagement Coordinator from March to October 2017 and as an HR Business Partner from June 2016 to October 2017.

In their earlier career, Aline worked as a Business Partner for BR Projects at Comportamento Psicologia do Trabalho from May 2014 to June 2016. Aline started their professional journey at Bosch, where they interned as a Human Resources Intern from January 2012 to March 2013, and later as a Human Resources Management Intern from April 2013 to January 2014.
