Giovana Yukawa has been working in customer service since 2016. Giovana started as an Analista de atendimento ao cliente at TCP Terminal de Contêineres de Paranaguá before becoming an Assistente de atendimento ao cliente. In 2022, they moved to Logcomex as a Customer Support Analyst.
