Laura Rigonato Oratz has worked in the field of customer success and international commerce since 2013. Laura began their career as a Customer Service Analyst at DHL in 2014, followed by a role as an Analyst of International Commerce Junior at Manfra & Cia Ltda. In 2015, they moved to Econet Editora Empresarial, where they held the roles of Coordinator of Consultancy and Consultant of International Commerce. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Analyst of Customer Success at LogComex.
Laura Rigonato Oratz has a three-part education history. From 2006 to 2011, they attended Universidade Positivo, where they obtained their Graduação in Comércio Exterior. Laura then attended Universidade Positivo again from 2012 to 2013, where they earned their Pós Graduação in Planejamento e Gestão de Negócios.
