Mateus Campagnaro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mateus began their career in 2012 as an Institutional Program for Scientific Initiation Scholar at CNPq. Mateus then interned at Bosch Brasil in 2013 as a Project & Technical Planning Intern, where they were responsible for capability studies, layout modifications, and continuous process improvement projects. In 2014, they interned at Robert Bosch GmbH Stuttgart in Germany, assisting the worldwide coordinator of the Bosch Diesel Division in quality management and methods.

In 2015, Mateus returned to Bosch Brasil as a Quality Management & Methods Intern, focusing on improving 8D responses, monitoring complaints against suppliers, and controlling plant quality indicators.

Mateus joined TCP Terminal de Contêineres de Paranaguá in 2016, where they held multiple roles. Mateus started as a Commercial Trainee, responsible for the Chemical & Petrochemical portfolio. Mateus later became a Commercial Coordinator, overseeing the Automotive, Pulp & Paper, and Químicos portfolios. In 2018, they were promoted to New Business & Project Coordinator, managing integrated logistics projects and a budget of over R$ 100 million per year. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of TPC Log Commercial Manager. In 2020, they became the Marketing, Logistic, and Project Executive Manager, responsible for various projects and the logistics portfolio.

Mateus joined UNINTER Centro Universitário Internacional in 2022 as a Logistic Professor. Mateus then moved to Logcomex in 2023, taking on the role of Sales Manager.

Mateus also served as an Invited Professor at the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul in 2021.

In 2021, Mateus completed a short-term course in Digital Strategy at Partners Academy, which focused on marketing.
