Andy Dehart

President & CEO at Loggerhead Marinelife Center

Andy Dehart has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to animal husbandry, marine conservation, and environmental education. Andy currently serves as the President and CEO of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, where they promote the conservation of ocean ecosystems, with a special focus on sea turtles. Prior to this, Dehart was the VP of Animal Husbandry & Marine Conservation at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. Andy has also served as a Board of Trustees Member for the Reef Environmental Education Foundation and worked as the Director of Husbandry at Ripley's Aquarium of Canada. Dehart has extensive experience in the field and has held positions at Discovery Inc, the National Aquarium, and Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium.

Andy Dehart attended Eckerd College from 1991 to 1994, where they studied Marine Biology. Andy later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1995 to 2000.
