Mariana Cersosimo

Mariana Cersosimo has had extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources and talent management field. Currently, Mariana serves as the Diretora de Desenvolvimento e Cultura at Loggi, a Brazilian technology startup focused on logistics. Prior to this, Mariana held positions such as Head of Talent Management at DIA Group, worked in Global Learning at Baker Hughes, and served as a Regional learning leader at GE. Mariana also has a background in psychology and competency management.
