MacKenzie Madsen

Mackenzie Madsen is an experienced educator currently serving as a Special Education Teacher for Rochester City School District since March 2017. Madsen has also gained extensive experience as a Substitute Teacher in multiple districts, including Brighton Central School District, Homer Central School District, and Cortland Central School District. Prior to the teaching career, Madsen worked part-time as a Server Bartender at The Stone Lounge and as a Ride Operator at Darien Lake Resort. Madsen holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology and Quantitative Methods from the University at Buffalo, expected to be completed in 2024, along with two Bachelor's degrees in Inclusive Special Education and Special Education and Teaching from the State University of New York Cortland, completed in 2017.
