Rachel Hope

Rachel Hope has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Rachel started their career at Resource Partners Group as an HR and Office Manager from April 2003 to August 2006. Rachel then moved on to BPP Law School, where they served as an HR Manager from August 2006 to May 2009. Rachel later joined BPP University College, where they held the positions of HR Systems Manager from March 2010 to April 2013 and Group HRIS and Reward Specialist from June 2009 to February 2010. After that, they worked at Bromley College of Further and Higher Education as an HR Manager from April 2013 to April 2014. Rachel then joined The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as an HR Manager Information and Systems, where they played a leading role in systems, management information, and planning activities within the HR Division and across the School. Rachel worked there from April 2014 to November 2021. Following their time at LSE, Rachel held roles at Truphone, including HR Systems, Data, and Operations Manager from November 2021 to August 2022, and Head of Global HR Operations and Reward from August 2022 to June 2023. Currently, Rachel works at Logicalis as an HR Systems and Reward Director, starting in June 2023.

Rachel Hope graduated from Staffordshire University with a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA Hons) in Geography in 2002. Rachel also obtained a certification in Data Analysis for Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2020.
