Lawrence Davis

Lawrence Davis has a strong background in software engineering and web development. Lawrence currently works as a Software Engineer III at LogicGate since May 2021. Before that, they worked at Starshot Technologies as a Senior Engineer from June 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, Lawrence worked at LogicGate again as a Software Engineer II from July 2019 to May 2020. Lawrence also served as a Senior Developer at Kohactive from December 2017 to April 2019. At BillBoarder - Outdoor Advertising Marketplace, Lawrence held the role of Lead Engineer where they built their marketplace from scratch using technologies such as Ember.js, Ruby on Rails API, and AWS. Lawrence worked there from January 2017 to December 2017. Lawrence also worked as a Senior Developer at Kohactive from November 2012 to December 2016. Lawrence began their career as a Web Developer for the City of Chicago where they migrated their website to WordPress and built the City Sticker Locator. Lawrence worked there from January 2012 to November 2012. Prior to that, Lawrence worked as a Copy Writer at Psychobaby and as a Web Developer at Officite.

Lawrence Davis attended Lincoln College - Normal from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in English. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, they studied at Illinois State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Visual Communication.
