David Tunnell

David Tunnell, the CTO of NXT-ID, Inc., founded the company and led a successful IPO on the NASDAQ stock exchange, achieving over a $100M market cap. Prior to that, David held various positions in companies such as Technest Holdings, Inc. and Genex Technologies, Inc. where David served as VP of Business Development. With a strong engineering background, David also worked at companies like Applied Signal Technology and L-3 Communications. David earned a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and an MS in Technical Management from The Johns Hopkins University.
