Tamal Islam

Tamal Islam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and cloud transformation across the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the EMEA Cloud Transformation Lead at LogicMonitor since June 2023, Tamal previously held positions at Snowflake as a Major Account Executive focused on Telcos in the UK and Ireland, and at Salesforce, where responsibilities included selling Salesforce solutions to Telcos and the banking sector. Tamal's career also features leadership roles such as Head of EMEA Sales at AI Foundry and EMEA Sales Director for Genesys Cloud. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, and an MA in International Studies/Middle East Studies from The American University in Cairo.
