Michael Texidor

Michael Texidor has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1998. Michael began their career at AT&T as a Network Analyst in Staten Island, NY, where they worked to resolve customer troubles and monitor local switches within the network. Michael then moved to One Communications as a Switch Technician, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Lucent 5ESS switch and overall condition of the Central Office. After this, they joined Bridgecom International as a Network Engineer, where they provisioned and tested all network elements. Michael then moved to Broadview Networks, now part of Windstream, where they served as a Switch Engineer and guided translations and provisioning of the Meta Soft switch, SIP, Officesuite, Unified Communications (UCAAS), VOIP, and Voice PRI products. Michael currently works at LogicomUSA® as a Senior Operations Engineer and Operations Manager.

Michael Texidor obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from New Jersey City University between 1992 and 1997. Michael also obtained a Computer Networking certification from SCS Business & Technical Institute in June 1997. Michael obtained 11 additional certifications from 2001 to 2005 from Alcatel/Lucent Technologies, Meta Soft Switch, and Santera/Tekelec Soft Switch.
