Matthew Zelek

Matthew Zelek is an accomplished professional in product management and pre-sales consulting, currently serving as Director of Product Management at Logile, Inc. since July 2018, and previously holding the position of Senior Director of Pre-Sales Consulting. Prior to Logile, Zelek worked at Kronos as a Retail Strategic Account Advisor, focusing on building long-term relationships and identifying critical business issues for strategic opportunities. Zelek also served as Vice President of Solution Architects at Empower Software Solutions, leading a team responsible for technical and functional support for sales. As a co-founder of Business Analytics Corporation, Zelek successfully sold and implemented over $6 million in products and consulting services and drove significant product design initiatives before the company's acquisition by Empower in 2007. Earlier in the career, Zelek managed a sales team at Simplex / IMB People-Planner, achieving substantial sales with accounts exceeding 10,000 employees.
