Emmanuelle Alain-Bilodeau

Emmanuelle Alain-Bilodeau, ICP-AHR, has extensive human resources experience, currently serving as the Responsable des ressources humaines et administration at Logisphère since September 2019. In this role, Emmanuelle focuses on implementing HR procedures and policies, organizational development, employee records management, and recruitment, while partnering with management to achieve business objectives with an emphasis on the human element. Prior to Logisphère, Emmanuelle held the position of Responsable des ressources humaines at Solutia Télécom from July 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included supporting managers in recruitment and onboarding processes, advising on labor relations and performance evaluation, and participating in various HR projects. Earlier experience includes roles as an Apprentie Gestionnaire at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and a Stagiaire en communication at Roche Diagnostics. Emmanuelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a focus on Human Relations and HR Management from UQAM and a specialized certificate in Public Relations from Université TÉLUQ.
