David Johns

David Johns is an experienced Systems Hotline Engineer at Logistex since November 2015. Prior to this role, David worked at Phoenix (IT Infrastructure Services) from September 1999 to August 2015, serving as a Duty Manager and Technical Vetter, where responsibilities included diagnosing faults and managing call center operations. David began a technical career at 4FRONT Consultants from January 1997 to September 1999 as a Technical Vetter, focusing on diagnosing faults and coordinating repairs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Field Service Engineer and Technical Vetter at First Point Limited from May 1994 to January 1997. David holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from South Kent College of Technology and A-Levels and O-Levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Biology from Sir Roger Manwood's School.
