Zedra Thiam has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning different industries and roles. Zedra is currently the Director of Human Resources at Logistic Services International, Inc., where they are responsible for managing employment-related functions and implementing policies and procedures. Prior to this role, they worked as the SVP of Human Resources - North America at Resource Solutions, where they oversaw employee lifecycle processes and implemented strategic initiatives to support organizational objectives. Zedra also held the position of VP of Human Resources and Learning & Development at Selene Finance LP, where they managed all HR functions and facilitated learning programs. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Employee Recognition and Retention / Organizational Development at Vidant Medical Center and as a Human Resource Manager at The Home Depot. Zedra began their career as a Senior HR Representative at GE Transportation, where they provided support in various HR areas and managed compliance programs. Zedra's work experience demonstrates their expertise in human resources and their ability to drive organizational growth and employee development.

Zedra Thiam holds a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, which was obtained prior to the year 2000. In addition to their degree, Zedra Thiam has obtained numerous certifications throughout their career.
