Justin Laughner

Justin Laughner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Justin began their career as a Military Police at MCRD San Diego, where they provided leadership and responded to various incidents. Afterward, they served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Specialist, overseeing activities and training worldwide. Following their military service, Justin joined Harrah's Resort Southern California as the Public Safety and Security Manager, responsible for developing and leading the security department. Justin then worked at Golden Acorn Casino & Travel Center as the Director of Operations, overseeing day-to-day activities and driving revenue growth. Currently, Justin is the Regional Operations Manager at Fortis Industries, where they manage federal contracts in the Southern California region, including personnel management, subcontractor negotiation, and budgetary reviews.

Justin Laughner has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended the US Navy Law Enforcement Academy. Following this, in 2001, they enrolled in the US Marine Corps Law Enforcement Academy. Later, in 2005, they undertook the Marine Corps Counterintelligence/ Human Intelligence Basic Course. In 2011, Justin participated in the Defense Strategic Debriefer Course. In terms of formal degrees, Justin attended the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Justin returned to the University of Phoenix in 2016 for a certificate program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, which they completed in 2017.
