Benjamin Fish

Benjamin Fish has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Benjamin started in 2008 as an Assistant Film Editor at Wake Forest University, where they learned the basics of film editing and prepared film for analysis by the coaching staff. In 2011, they worked as a Rotational Intern at Winston Salem Dash, gaining experience in various departments such as Sponsorship, Operations, Marketing, Ticket Operations, and Concessions. Benjamin then joined CoStar Group in 2012 as a Research Associate, where they managed client portfolios, presented on new developments, and traveled to enhance client relationships. In 2015, Fish joined Transwestern as a Senior Market Analyst, responsible for research and reporting on the DC and Suburban Maryland office and flex/industrial market. After that, they worked at Ridge Development Company as an Investor Relations / Development Analyst and Logistics Property Company, LLC as a Vice President.

Benjamin Fish received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Enterprise Management with a focus on Marketing from Wake Forest University. Benjamin attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
