Mark Burkes

Mark Burkes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Logistics Property Company, LLC since January 2021. Previously, they worked at Newport Pacific Land Company as the Vice President of Operations for six years, from January 2015 to January 2021. During this time, they were responsible for coordinating with financial teams, managing consultants, and overseeing various aspects of development operations. Prior to that, Mark held the position of Vice President at Rockne Construction from January 2011 to December 2014. Mark also worked as the Director at Classic Pacific from August 2004 to December 2010 and as a Project Manager at Pacific Newport Builders from June 1999 to July 2004.

Mark Burkes has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Engineering Management from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including a California General Contractor's License, a California Real Estate Broker license, and LEED AP Building Design + Construction certification.
