Jordan Candea's work experience began in 2010 as a Webmaster & Catalog Manager at Governor Business Solutions. In 2011, they worked as a CRM Analytics Intern at Team Detroit. From 2012 to 2015, they held various roles at MRM//McCann, including Associate Analyst, Analyst, Marketing Consultant, and Senior Analyst. In 2012, they also started working as an Assistant Varsity Coach & Director of Basketball Operations at De La Salle Collegiate High School. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager at Ilitch Sports + Entertainment. They then transitioned to the role of Manager, Ticket Sales Strategy & Analytics from 2019 to 2021, before becoming the Director, Ticket Sales Strategy & Analytics until November 2022. Currently, they are the Director of Partnership & Revenue Analytics at Logitix, starting in November 2022.
Jordan Candea's education history began in 2009 when they enrolled at the University of Kentucky and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management and Marketing. In 2011, Jordan attended the Burgundy School of Business - BSB for a short period to study International Business.
In 2012, Jordan pursued further education by attending two institutions simultaneously. They studied at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA). At the same time, they also attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management, obtaining a Master of Global Management (MGM) degree.
Aside from their formal education, Jordan obtained two additional certifications. In March 2014, they completed the Google Analytics Platform Principles course offered by Google. In January 2014, Jordan also obtained the Tableau Desktop 8 Qualified Associate certification through Tableau Software.
