Alina Khomenko

Alina Khomenko is a dedicated recruiter at Logity since June 2023, responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, active candidate sourcing, CV screening, and conducting interviews. Previously, Alina worked as an IT Recruiter at HR Network Club from October 2022 to June 2023, supporting IT companies across multiple regions by managing candidate searches and coordinating interviews. Earlier experience includes a role as a Counselor at Recreation Center "Zmina" in June 2021. Alina holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Kharkiv University of Humanities "People's Ukrainian Academy" and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field. Alina has completed various educational programs, including management consulting and courses from DAAD German Academic Exchange Service and Computer School Hillel.
