Alexis Slemp

Alexis Slemp has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Project Management. Alexis began their career in 2006 as a Project Manager at Skyline San Diego. In 2007, they joined Oceanside Glasstile as an HR Representative, where they were responsible for Benefits Administration, Wellness, Payroll, Maintenance and Data Entry into HRIS, Recruiting, New Hire Orientations, Safety, Employee Relations, Compensation, and all other department administration. In 2013, they became the Regional Member Services (HR) Manager at Ace Parking Management, Inc. Alexis then moved to Sugar Mountain in 2016 as a Human Resources Manager. In 2018, Alexis joined AGC Biologics as an HR Program Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Finally, in 2019, they joined Donuts Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager. Currently, Alexis is the Director of People Ops at Logixboard.

Alexis Slemp completed a M.A. in Human Resources Management with a Specialization in Organizational Development and Change Management from National University in 2011, and a BA in Anthropology from California State University, Chico in 2004. Alexis also holds a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from HRCI, obtained in February 2022.
