Imogen Challenger has a long history of customer success roles, starting in 2008 as a Support Assistant at Bradford Council. In 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant at the National Assembly for Wales / Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru. In 2014, they became a Customer Success Manager at PicStash, and in 2015, they were an Account Executive at Puca. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at NurseBuddy - Home Care Management Software in both the Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager roles. In 2021, they were the Head of Customer Success at Product Marketing Alliance, and in 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Logixboard. Throughout their career, Imogen Challenger has established customer success and support processes and tools, scoped and implemented onboarding for enterprise customers, set up KPI's and SLA's, and worked closely with product teams to reach goals.
Imogen Challenger obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and American Studies from Swansea University between 2009 and 2013. In March 2019, they were certified as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) by the Scrum Alliance.
