Hiroshi Ito is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in technology and management. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at 株式会社ログラス since October 2022, Hiroshi has previously held significant positions at READYFOR株式会社, where impactful leadership of a 30+ engineering team resulted in notable business growth through product enhancements and organizational improvements. Prior experiences include key roles at freee 株式会社, FOLIO, and Goldman Sachs, where accomplishments ranged from technical architecture to project leadership within the Asia Pacific region. Hiroshi holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sophia University.
