Otto Monroy

Otto Monroy, CFRE, currently serves as the President of LogosWorks Partners since July 2022 and has held various leadership roles at Logos Academy since November 2015, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Advancement. Monroy is dedicated to storytelling and community engagement, driving organizational advancement through a focus on admissions, fundraising, and cultural inclusion. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Forgotten Voices, where building culture and growth through relationships was emphasized, as well as an Advancement Officer and Coordinator of Visual and Performing Arts at Logos Academy. Monroy's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Social Entrepreneurship and a BA in Music from Messiah University, along with a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from La Salle University.
