Alexander Spoden

Alexander Spoden has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Leiter HR Deutschland Prokurist at Lohmann & Rauscher since July 2018. Previous roles include Leiter HR Operations at Progroup AG and HR Manager at Terex Cranes Germany GmbH, overseeing HR functions for multiple production sites and managing personnel development. Spoden also has significant experience in automotive HR management with Johnson Controls Automotive, where responsibilities included the establishment of new production facilities. Additionally, Spoden has held leadership roles in various companies including Lederwaren Spranger and NORMA, and served as a Personaloffizier in the Bundeswehr. Education was completed at Bundeswehr University Munich with a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre in 1998.
