Karen Costa has a diverse work experience in design roles. Karen is currently working at Loja Integrada as a Product Design Lead since March 2023. Prior to their current role, they served as a Product Designer at Loja Integrada from December 2021 to April 2023.
Before joining Loja Integrada, Karen worked at Linx from January 2016 to November 2021, where they held the positions of Product Designer (Chaordic/Linx) and Technical Account Manager. At Linx, they were responsible for creating and improving UX/UI solutions, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, analyzing and compiling data, creating prototypes, and ensuring consistent design interfaces. Karen also participated in various projects with other teams.
Before Linx, Karen worked at Chaordic from August 2014 to December 2015 as a Designer, where they designed interfaces for search solutions, personalized showcases, and email campaigns, contributing to transforming data into unique buying experiences.
Earlier in their career, Karen worked at Estação Inova Portal - Unimed do Brasil from an unknown start date to December 2014 as a Designer, where they worked on web solutions for the Unimed healthcare system, including portals, intranet, blogs, and the construction of the Guia Unimed app. Karen also conducted research, applied user tests, and participated in the company's Responsible Social Committee.
Karen started their career at Editora Comídia as an Art Director from January 2009 to December 2010 and Neobras as a Graphic Designer from August 2009 to November 2010, showcasing their skills in design and art direction.
