José Pereira

José Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. José began their career as a Student Internship at NAV PORTUGAL EPE in 2015. Afterwards, they worked as an IT Analyst Developer at BNP Paribas Securities Services from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for developing new features and optimizing application processing times. In 2018, they joined Aptoide as a Blockchain and Python Developer, where they worked on the development of backend features and ensured service uptime. José also served as a Scrum Master on the AppCoins Team, ensuring smooth project execution. In 2020, José joined Loka, Inc. as a Senior Backend Developer and Lead Solutions Architect.

José Pereira began their education at Escola Secundária de Camões, where they completed their high school education in the field of Science & Technology from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they enrolled at Instituto Superior Técnico and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engenharia Aerospacial, concluding their studies in 2013. Later, in the years 2013 to 2015, José pursued their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering concurrently at both Delft University of Technology and Instituto Superior Técnico.
