Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Senior Commercial and Technology Lawyer at Cargill and as an Associate Attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, focusing on transactional law and corporate governance. Alex holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
