Randika Gunasekara

Randika Gunasekara is a seasoned Business Analyst currently employed at LOLC Technologies Limited since September 2021, previously holding the position of IT Business Analyst at LB Finance PLC from June 2018 to September 2021. Randika's expertise lies in user requirement collection, solution analysis, and development process facilitation, actively participating in agile methodologies and training junior team members. Prior experience includes roles as a Finance Executive at Stelacom (Pvt) Ltd. and a Finance Management Trainee at Holcim (Lanka) Limited, where Randika demonstrated strong financial analysis and working capital management skills. Randika holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, along with further education from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
