Michael Melnyk

Michael Melnyk currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Students at Bucknell University, bringing extensive experience in student affairs from previous roles at Penn State Harrisburg and the University of Maryland. In positions such as Director of Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution and Associate Director of Student Affairs, Michael provided leadership and management across various student engagement initiatives, supervised numerous staff, and developed community relationships. With a strong educational background, including a Master's Degree in Higher Education from the University of Maryland, Michael has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing student experiences and navigating complex crisis responses throughout a diverse career in higher education and support services.
