Pam Lai

Pam Lai is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate real estate management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Singapore and Vice President at Lombard Odier Group since December 2013, Pam is responsible for the entire spectrum of HR operations throughout the employee life cycle. Prior to this role, Pam worked at Credit Suisse from 2001 to 2013 as Vice President in Corporate Real Estate and Services, where key responsibilities included project management, strategic communication, budget monitoring, and employee engagement. Pam holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resources Institute Academy, a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Loughborough University, and a Diploma in Administrative Management from the Institute of Administrative Management.
