Brian Powers

Brian Powers currently serves as the Director of Construction and Maintenance at Lombardo Apartments since March 2023. Previously, Brian held key positions at Lombardo Homes, including Area Construction Manager and Project Manager, since May 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Warranty Coordinator at American Land Ventures from January 2008 to March 2012 and Superintendent roles at KB Home (2006-2008) and Pulte Homes of Michigan (2000-2005). Brian Powers is an alumnus of Michigan State University.
