Claudio Pardo Santos has over 17 years of work experience. From 2022 to present, they have been working at LOMI Chile as a BI & Analytics. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Klap as a Subgerente Business Intelligence, where they were responsible for forming and developing the business intelligence and data governance area, planning and directing the application of the BI strategy, and defining data flows from source systems to the Data Lake in AWS and Data Warehouse. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Papelera Dimar S.A. as a Gerente Control de Gestión y Tecnologías, where they were responsible for defining and implementing strategic Information Technology solutions to support the company's objectives. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Cellstar Chile S.A. as GERENTE T.I (I.), where they were responsible for programming, directing, controlling, and supervising the department's activities. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at the Ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo as a Jefe de Proyecto TI, where they led the process of implementing technological changes and applying Agile methodologies in software development. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Cibergestion as a Manager Analist, where they managed mortgage processes and headed software development and infrastructure projects. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at SOLUTECH as a BPMS Consultant Certified AURAPORTAL. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at the Armada de Chile as a Jefe Unidad de Control y Gestión e Informatica and a Jefe Bodega Repuestos Submarinos Armada de Chile, where they were responsible for managing warehouses in a controlled environment, verifying the conservation status of the material, and creating and developing maintenance and conservation plans.

Claudio Pardo Santos completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria in 2020. Claudio obtained their Ingeniero degree in Informatica from the same university between 2002 and 2007. In 2016, they obtained a Diplomatura in Control de Gestión Gerencial from Universidad Mayor. In 2011, they obtained a Beca de Ingles CORFo from Universidad Chilena Británica in Santiago. In 1999 and 2000, they obtained a Técnico en Logística from Facultad de Ingenieria Armada de Chile.
