Eric O'Halleran

Eric O'Halleran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development across various industries. Currently serving as Group Head of Learning & Development at Lomond since January 2024, Eric leads a team of trainers to create growth-oriented training programs. Prior to this, Eric held multiple roles at Knight Frank from August 2018 to December 2023, including Senior Learning & Development Trainer and Interim Early Careers Manager, where responsibilities encompassed stakeholder management, training needs analysis, and graduate recruitment. Eric's career spans various organizations, including training roles at British Airways, FDM Group, and Learning Performance Training, where skills in training delivery, design, and coaching were honed. Eric's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Hofstra University and Nassau Community College.
