Sofia Carrillo

Sofia Carrillo currently serves in multiple roles, including at Lompoc Unified School District since August 2022 and as a Graduate Student in Moderate to Severe Special Education at UC Santa Barbara since March 2021. Additionally, Sofia is a Patient Registration Representative at Lompoc Valley Medical Center since September 2020, and previously worked as a Front Desk Representative for Best Western Hotels & Resorts from October 2018 to September 2020. Experience also includes serving as a Special Education Paraprofessional with Santa Maria Bonita School District in 2018-2019 and working as a Behavioral Therapist for California Psychcare from 2017 to 2018. Sofia holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from UC Santa Barbara, and a Liberal Studies degree with a focus on Special Education and Teaching from California State University Channel Islands. An Associate of Arts degree in Psychology was obtained from Allan Hancock College.
