Gary Kovac

Gary Kovac is an experienced project manager with a substantial background in managing construction projects across various sectors, including residential and commercial. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Engineering since September 2021, Gary is responsible for structural inspections, overseeing contractors, and managing invoicing and billing processes. Previously, Gary held project management roles at London Bay Homes and Seagate Development Group, where duties included managing custom residential construction, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget. Prior experience includes managing residential renovations at Innovative Construction Solutions, overseeing high-end building projects in New York City with JMA Consultants & Engineers, and site design and project management at Youngblood Land Surveying and Engineers. Gary obtained a bachelor's degree from the Center for the Media Arts.
