Olivia Lockyer

Olivia Lockyer is an accomplished Experience Design Lead with extensive expertise in content design and digital experience strategy, currently serving at the London Borough of Camden since August 2022. Previously, Olivia held the role of Lead Content Designer at BT, where significant contributions included the development of BT's content style guide and the establishment of content design within the design system. Olivia's experience spans various organizations, including Eight Content as Lead Content and Experience Design Strategist, focusing on customer digital experiences, and as Lead Content Designer for London Borough of Redbridge, managing web copy and information architecture. Additional roles include Head of Content at TeenTech CIC and Digital Content Producer at BBC, showcasing a strong background in managing diverse content initiatives across digital platforms. Olivia holds a BSc (Hons) in Economic and Social Policy from Birkbeck, University of London, and has foundational education in Fine Art, English Literature, and Business Studies from Esher College.
