Prior to this, Crystal worked as an Insurance Agent and Benefit Consultant at AFLAC from September 2014 to February 2016. Earlier career positions include Community Manager at UPG and Property Manager at both TCB and Cincinnati MHA, where responsibilities included managing 608 public housing apartments and ensuring compliance with HUD regulations.
