Michael Heather has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael began their career at The Pembroke, Coulsdon as a Bartender from July 2012 to March 2015. Michael then moved on to work at William Hill as a Shop Manager from March 2015 to April 2017. Following that, they joined Superdry as a Sales Assistant from June 2017 to January 2019. Currently, they are employed at London Internet Exchange (LINX) where they have held various roles. Michael started as a NOC Engineer from January 2019 to March 2022, then progressed to become a Senior NOC Engineer from March 2022 to April 2023. Presently, they are working as a Network Engineer.

Michael Heather completed their education at the University of East London, where they studied Computer Networks from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Woodcote High School from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michael has achieved several certifications. Michael obtained the LINX Accredited Internet Technician 3 certification from Systems & Network Training Ltd in February 2023 and the LINX Accredited Internet Technician 2 certification in June 2022. Michael also holds the Service Desk Analyst certification from the Service Desk Institute, received in February 2020. Earlier certifications include the LINX Accredited Internet Technician 1 certification from Systems & Network Training Ltd in May 2019 and the Certified Optical Network Associate certification from Optical Technology Training Ltd in February 2019.
