Faisal Khan has over a decade of experience in IT support and network engineering, currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst and previously holding roles as an End User Computing Analyst and Customer Support Technician at the London Metal Exchange since 2010. Prior to this, Faisal worked as a Desktop Support Engineer at Ambition 24 Hours from May 2008 to July 2009, and as a Senior Network Engineer at Digital Processing Systems from 2003 to 2008.
