Chloe Milano

Chloe Milano is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in employee relations, policy development, and organisational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People at London Metropolitan University since May 2022, Chloe previously held significant positions including Director of Employee Relations, Policy and Planning at UCL and Head of Human Resources at IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society. With an early career that includes roles such as HR Business Partner and Recruitment and HR Operational Services Manager at the University of Liverpool, Chloe has consistently focused on enhancing workforce engagement, inclusion, and effective HR practices. Chloe holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Personnel and Development from Liverpool John Moores University and a Master of Arts in Novel Writing from The University of Manchester.
