William Gillingham

William Gillingham is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the rail and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at SNC-Lavalin Rail & Transit since September 2019, William has also held the position of Fleet Engineer at London Overground Rail Operations Ltd since December 2015. Prior to these roles, William worked at Hitachi Rail Europe as a Person in Charge of Test, ensuring compliance with relevant standards during vehicle testing. William's background also includes significant experience as a Lead Technician at Bombardier, overseeing maintenance on Electrostar rolling stock, and as an Aircraft Technician in the Royal Air Force, where aircraft maintenance was performed across various platforms and locations.
